These are just a few visions and memories that have slowly but surely played a roll in my personal reprogramming as the sounds of nature start to fill my memories and push out the television programming I absorbed as I grew up in the north. This is the two bedroom two bathroom rad pad built in Playa Grande this project started March 5th 2025 and was completed April 25 2025. This one was a crew of four living on site in tents cooking and bathing in makeshift living quarters. The willingness that was shown on this project will never be forgotten. And my appreciation and gratitude for all those who have come before us and continue to lay down the utilities and provide lives necessities will always lift me up when the road gets bumpy! This is the two bedroom one bathroom unit on the baru river in Dominical. This project was four units in total the land developer was Cavu and it started September 24 2025 and was completed March 2nd for a total of 112 working days. This was our biggest undertaking so far and we were able to stay on time with under thirty working days per rad pad and almost $40,000 usd under budget. We learned a lot on this project and are overwhelmed by the support received by everyone involved and the surrounding community. Thank you!

This project was our first project during “Rainy Season” in Costa Rica and it rained humility all night long. This was our first two bedroom rad pad and a lot of it was designed as we built it. So so so much learning on this project. Since this project we have added large covered decks to all rad pads 😎 thank you for everything Dennis!

This is the first rad pad we built in Costa Rica we started with no tools and no business 😂 we finished in two months and the journey hasn’t stopped since. This is a one bedroom with bathroom designed to add to hotel capacity during high season. Thank you paradise lodge for giving us a chance to start changing the way we eexperience the world!
